Règlement (UE) 2019/881 relatif à l'ENISA et à la certification de cybersécurité des technologies de l'information et des communications (règlement sur la cybersécurité)

Résumé

Le règlement confère à l'ENISA un mandat permanent et renforce ses missions et ses ressources en tant qu'Agence de l'UE pour la cybersécurité. Il établit un cadre européen de certification de cybersécurité pour les produits, services et processus TIC, avec des niveaux d'assurance élémentaire, substantiel et élevé. Les schémas européens remplacent progressivement les schémas nationaux équivalents.
