Content licence

The metadata and summaries published on this site are original content of the project, released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may reuse them freely, including commercially, crediting “Cybersecurity Database – sicurezzacibernetica.it” with a link to the site.

The catalogued documents belong to their authors and issuing bodies. The site always links to the official source, which prevails. Legislative acts are often excluded from copyright (in Italy, art. 5 of Law 633/1941), but not everywhere: a copy of a file is therefore hosted only when its licence explicitly allows it or the document is in the public domain. The “Licence” field of each record shows the known terms of use; if it is “unknown”, the file is not hosted.

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, write to us via the Contact page, stating the content, the right concerned and your contact details. We review every request and, if it is well-founded, remove the content promptly.

Privacy and cookies

The site is static and uses no profiling cookies or third-party tracking. It collects no personal data, apart from technical server logs kept by the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A., servers in Italy) for security purposes. Search preferences stay in the page address and are not stored.
